Temporary Xbox Service Outage Prevents Players from Signing In

Al-Taj News – Xbox services experienced an unexpected issue today, September 2, preventing some players from signing in to their accounts or creating new accounts. The Xbox Support account confirmed that it was aware of the issue, noting that engineering teams were working to investigate it, before later announcing that the problem had been resolved and that sign-ins and account creation had returned to normal.

Despite the service being restored, the Xbox status page still indicates a major outage affecting the Account & Profile and Games & Gaming sections. The issue comes after a widespread service outage in July that lasted for several hours.
